Opis

Just like any human behaviour, the use of the language is arbitrary and therefore unconfined to any rules. It is not the grammar that governs the language but contrarily the language governs the grammar. This is the reason that grammar books contain exceptions. Consequently, at places language teaching becomes difficult, especially in an 'other' tongue (different from the 'mother' tongue) situation. This skill related topic has been included because it was realised that the information given will enhance the efficacy of reading not only in English but also in the mother tongue.
