This book primarily deals with the organizational culture which is considered to be the DNA of the organization. Culture plays an important role in shaping any organization. It evolves with the business perspective. The escalating importance of culture is also partly a result of the increasing turbulence, complexity and unpredictability faced by the organizations in their external environments.
