Opis

This book deals with cooperative law and is divided into four parts. The first part offers an analytic and conceptual framework with which to understand, study and analyze cooperative law from a transnational and comparative perspective. The second part contains several chapters dealing with attempts to make cooperative law converge in Africa, Europe, Latin America and internationally by the ILO. The third part contains an overview of 30 national cooperative laws. The last part summarizes and compares the national cooperative laws presented in the previous part of the book, thus laying the foundations for a comparative cooperative law doctrine.
