The global drift of customization for customer satisfaction in the corporate world has affected the contemporary education and resulted in tailor-made ESP courses. Currently, the growing fashion of these need-based courses and trainings have augmented the significance and call for course evaluation. The purpose of this two-phase, mix method study is to examine the efficacy of the course conducted at HBL, Pakistan, and to propose a course catering the professional needs of the bank employees.
