The authors of this latest volume discuss recent advances in chemistry research. Chapter One reviews the role of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for the analysis of carbonated beverages in both beverage quality and safety control. Chapter Two determines the effect of the agitation speed on the mass transfer coefficient of the water phase in a stirred cell.
