Before doing this study, I was having a perception that poor and village people doesn't know anything about management but after entering into the villages my perception has changed. This is a story of community participation and better government initiatives that leads to the positive changes in the lives of villagers and how it made a way for the overall development of the community. Shelf Help Groups (SHGs) are the monitoring unit for every work and it is also a decision making unit at grassroots level. Ever person is master in his/her field, if we can utilize their talent, anything can be possible. The work is dedicated to those poor people and their courage for having a bright future for their coming generations.
