This monograph is the outgrowth of experience gained from teaching a course in plant physiology for B.Sc. students. My intention has been to highlight three main biochemical aspects of plant physiology to assist students who wish to develop the knowledge that they have acquired in general courses on botany given in the higher forms at school or in the first year at a university.
