There are concerns that despite government initiatives to promote adoption of electronic commerce, SMEs still find it problematic to easily and successfully implement and manage Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS) effectively to enable them realise e-commerce related benefits. This book investigates into information systems and information technology implementation and management: (A Competitive Advantage) among the Manufacturing SMEs in Ghana.
