Letters From My Brother is a story of a boy's life, his love of flying, his girlfriends and those he left behind. A proud member of the Eighth Air Force my brother co-piloted a B-17 in WWII and recorded his arduous flight training in dozens of letters sent home. Training for these young men took more than a year and was a huge job. And then a large percentage of them were killed on their first mission.
