Over the past years the emerging and rapid development of the Internet-related technologies has influenced the way education is delivered in many institutions and universities worldwide. eLearning or electronic learning is no longer viewed as an appanage of distance learning, but as a method meant to complement, assist and enhance traditional teaching methods.
