I want to feel I am making a difference at work. For me,developing and implementing a user-centred intranet became achallenge for influencing the organisational culture where Iworked. Being in a management role, I undertook managementinterventions to support the project. During the project, Idiscovered a sub-role for myself- internal communicationmanagement.
