This book explores the biological and social aspects of HIV among two indigenous communities of Nagaland (India) namely Angami and Zeliang Nagas from an anthropological perspective. Thus, providing a better understanding, not only on the morpho-physiology of the two populations, but a cue on the knowledge and attitude of the people towards HIV, as well as stigma related experiences among HIV positive people and impact of HIV on biological variables.
