Die Kulturzeitschrift "Il Politecnico (1945-47)" von Elio Vittorini stellt in dieser Hinsicht ein erstes prägnantes Beispiel dar. Die vorliegende Monographie sucht deutlich zu machen, wie das spezifische sozialpädagogisch literarische Engagement dieser Zeitschrift beschaffen war, an der u.a. Franco Fortini, Stefano Terra und Italo Calvino mitarbeiteten.
