Book synopsis

The child who is too fat, too thin, awkward, shy, or "different" in some other way can feel friendless. One so self-conscious or alone would certainly want to have a friend who feels nothing but admiration, even protection, for this classmate. Such is the case with Roxanne and Floyd. She is an only child showered with wealth, luxury, and certainly everything she wants to eat.
