This workbook looks at the biblical principles in the epistle to Ephesus that Watchman Nee first coined, "Sit, Walk, Stand." It is designed to help each believer grow to full maturity in Jesus Christ. Each new believer must first come to new life in Christ, after which begins a process of sitting. This is needed to help the new believer understand all that God in Jesus Christ has already done on our behalf. Next the believer takes this knowledge and begins to walk in a way pleasing to God. Finally, the believer is able to stand better equipped to battle with the enemy.
