Mit der Hilfe seines treuen Assistenten Igor hat er eine Bikini-Maschine erfunden, mit der er weibliche Roboter erschaffen kann, die er dann auf wohlhabende Männer loslässt. Wenn diese dann einer Heirat zustimmen, schnappen sich die leichtbekleideten Girls das Vermögen und übergeben es an Goldfoot! Das klappt anfangs sehr gut, doch dann ist ihm der Spezialagent Gamble (Frankie Avalon) auf den Fersen...
