Forschungsarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich VWL - Makroökonomie, allgemein, AMD Akademie Mode & Design GmbH, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Eine Nettozuwanderung von 100 Tausend Personen pro Jahr und ein Anteil der Erwerbstätigen an den Einwohner/innen von 50% gewährleisten die Versorgung des Erwerbssystems mit Arbeitskräften sowie die Funktionstüchtigkeit der sozialen Sicherungssysteme. Hierdurch werden sich die Erwerbsgesellschaft und ihre verfassungsmäßigen Grundlagen verändern. Vorausgesetzt sind konstante Arbeitsproduktivität und Arbeitszeit je Einwohner/in bzw. Erwerbstätigem sowie konstante Reallöhne. Zudem muss es gelingen, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Erwerbsfähigen (bis zum 67. Lebensjahr) zu erhalten und staatliche Ausgaben an ein sinkendes Bruttosozialprodukt anzupassen. Mögliche Reserven sind die Steigerung der Arbeitsproduktivität, eine höhere, qualifizierte Nettozuwanderung sowie die Verlängerung der Lebensarbeitszeit. Das Verfehlen der notwendigen Erwerbsbeteiligung, sinkende Arbeitsproduktivität und zu hohe Staatsausgaben gefährden dagegen die Versorgung der Bevölkerung.§§Net immigration by 100,000 people per year and the proportion of labour force to population by 50% ensure the supply of labour market with workers, as well as the functioning of social security systems. Possible reserves are increasing work productivity, a higher qualified net migration as well as the extension of working life. The missing of necessary participation, declining labour productivity and high government spending, however, endanger supplying the population.
