The book consists of two chapters in accordance with the subjects under consideration. The first chapter includes a number of sections on the automation of "level of service" assessments for urban road network. At the heart of the proposed solutions for the automation of these calculations is the method of assessing the level of service, developed by American experts for highways and adapted by the authors for the city environment. The approach takes into account the features of sections of city's road network with different restrictions of vehicles speed and their movement. The second chapter is devoted to theoretical models used in the design of automated dispatching systems of pubic transport.
